Darja Lissovskaja

Pharmacist. End-of-life and grief doula. Facilitator.

I graduated from University of Tartu with a degree in pharmacy and have worked for many years in one of Tallinn’s larger pharmacies.

I have extensive experience supporting people through health-related challenges and difficult life situations. Through my work, I have seen how loss affects not only emotional wellbeing, but also the body itself — through disrupted sleep, anxiety, muscle tension, difficulty concentrating, and deep exhaustion.

I understand where the limits of medication lie: medicine can ease physical symptoms, but people also need presence, care, and support while adapting to a new reality.

In my practice, I bring together pharmaceutical knowledge, an understanding of grief processes, years of working closely with people, knowledge of the medical system, and facilitation skills.

No one has to walk through loss alone.
